Sea Bass & Bream


Baked Sea Bass & Bream


1 onion chopped into small pieces
6 cloves garlic crushed
2 teaspoons of olive oil
Little salt.

1 Sea Bass
1 Bream similar size…with all the inside cleaned out and scaled
3 sprigs of Rosemary
few sage leaves
1 Lime
2 teaspoons of French Mustard mix with ½ a cup of olive oil, more if you like oil
Salt and black pepper


Put chopped onion, crushed garlic 2 teaspoons olive oil and little salt in a bowl.
Cover with cling wrap and microwave for 3 minutes.

Cut 2 little slits on each side of the fish and insert slices of lime
Put them in a large oven dish and add the softened onion mixture.
Put the Rosemary and sage leaves around and under the fish then add the oil mix, salt and pepper.

Bake in a preheated oven 200c for 20 minutes.
