Poussin with
Mumbai Sauce


POUSSINS WITH MUMBAI SAUCE

2 Poussins cut in halves and take away the middle bones
1 jar of Geeta’s Mumbai sauce. We bought this at Safeway, I guess any supermarket will stock it.
Little olive oil
1 small tub Greek Yoghout
4 potatoes halved
1 or 2 courgettes cooked separately

Brown the poussins and potatoes slightly
Pour in the whole jar of Mumbai sauce and add 1 jar of water.
Simmer slowly for about 45 minutes to an hour. Until cooked.
Just before you serve, add a small tub of
Greek yoghout
Add also the cooked courgettes.

You can cook this in the oven.
