4 pieces salmon steaks…boned and skinned 2 wings of skates, cut into 4 pieces. If using other white fish, must be boned and skinned 15 to 20 cooked large prawns about 2 inches long 2 onions shredded finely 2 sprigs of rosemary 6 stems of thyme 10 sage leaves 1 head of garlic separated into cloves.
